We finally took Greyson for his first haircut last Friday. He had this patch of hair on the crown of his head that was probably about 4 inches long and it was starting to reach his neck, so it was definitely time! I insisted that we take him to a kid's place because they would be used to reluctant and nervous babies, but it turned out that Grey did GREAT! He sat in the chair by himself and played with a toy the entire time. He didn't seem to notice that she was doing anything to him, even when she used the clippers. The only time he cried was when she was finished and took the toy away, but that ended quickly when he was handed a balloon. At least now I know I can take him anywhere and he will do fine, as long as he has a toy!

Daniel and Brian got their first haircuts at Jelly Beans, and now 14 years later, we still go to the same lady who did their first haircuts. She cuts my hair too! The boys always loved getting the balloons. He sure does look like a big boy.
